Alstom is seeking a full-time Product Introduction Technician based in Kearney. This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $40–$43, depending on experience (DOE). The technician will play a key role in supporting the installation, testing, operation, and maintenance of advanced rail systems and equipment, ensuring smooth field operations and customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide technical support during installation, testing, and operational phases.
• Investigate and resolve electromechanical failures.
• Develop and execute test procedures.
• Use specialized tools for field maintenance and modifications.
• Support warranty operations and customer recovery efforts.
• Report deviations promptly and comply with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) rules.

Required Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in a technical or field support role.
• Strong hands-on experience with electromechanical systems.
• Familiarity with field testing tools and procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Required Education

• Technician degree or equivalent technical certification.

Work Environment

• Field-based role involving hands-on technical work and interaction with project teams, subcontractors, and customers.
• Emphasis on compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures in real-world conditions.
