Job Description

The Retail Sales Professional role offers a base hourly pay of $17.25 with the potential for additional earnings through targeted commissions, bringing total compensation to $24.94 per hour. This position includes a housing allowance, payable as taxable income, for employees working in designated locations (subject to eligibility criteria and regular full-time employment). The housing allowance will be discontinued if the employee transfers to a non-eligible location.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in retail locations, assess their product needs, and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Offer outstanding customer service in every interaction.
  • Assist customers in interpreting account statements, making bill payments, and resolving account-related issues.
  • Stay knowledgeable on Comcast products and services, including competitive offerings.
  • Contribute to a positive, fun, and competitive environment while supporting the connection of Comcast services to customers’ daily lives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and product knowledge development.
  • Work as part of a team to meet and exceed sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Experience:

  • 2-5 years of related experience, preferably in consumer electronics or wireless retail sales.
  • Ability to handle flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
  • Must be able to work in alternate stores outside of the home base store.
  • Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and remain on feet for extended periods.

Required Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Work Environment:

  • Retail environment requiring physical activity, including standing, walking, and lifting boxes up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to work in various store locations as needed.
