Job Description
Ferguson is currently seeking a Showroom Receptionist to join our team! This position offers a starting pay rate of $20 per hour or higher depending on experience. We also have a bonus or incentive plan eligibility.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
Primary Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival in our showroom, learning their motivation for their visit and developing lasting customer relationships.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a positive demeanor.
- Communicate appointment policies effectively.
- Manage customer sign-ins, appointment book, and customer job folders.
- Maintain a bid follow-up system and prepare literature packages.
Required Experience:
- Experience in sales and customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritize workload and meet timelines.
- Proficient with the following software applications: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
Required Education:
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent education.
