Recruitment Advisor – Automotive (Bristol, Hybrid)
Role Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail‑oriented Recruitment Advisor to support a premium automotive client across a wide range of roles, from manufacturing and operations to corporate and specialist functions. This organisation is a globally recognised British luxury vehicle manufacturer, renowned for iconic design, engineering excellence and its leadership in electrification and future mobility.
This position is ideal for someone early in their recruitment or corporate career who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, delivering high‑quality customer service, and managing high volumes of candidate activity. You’ll play a meaningful role in supporting both internal and external recruitment, directly impacting the quality, pace and experience of hiring during a period of significant transformation for the business.
The role operates on a hybrid model, requiring two days per week onsite in Bristol.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate & Recruitment Delivery
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for internal and external applicants across manufacturing, operational and corporate roles
- Screen and qualify active candidates against job requirements and agreed criteria
- Conduct telephone interviews to assess suitability and provide guidance throughout the process
- Prepare and format CVs for client submission, ensuring quality and accuracy
- Coordinate interviews, including scheduling, logistics and candidate preparation
- Debrief candidates and clearly communicate client feedback
- Support offer processes, negotiations and candidate acceptance
- Work within agreed timelines while maintaining an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience
Process Coordination & Administration
- Maintain accurate, compliant candidate and vacancy records across recruitment systems
- Track and monitor key recruitment metrics, including submissions, interviews and offers
- Ensure client requirements are accurately captured and kept up to date
- Support additional client programmes or functions when required
- Communicate regularly with internal advisory teams, recruiters, account managers and external stakeholders
General Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively within the advisory team and wider programme environment
- Prioritise workload effectively in a fast‑paced setting
- Demonstrate a professional, customer‑focused approach in all interactions
- Actively contribute to a positive, supportive team culture
You’ll be part of the Advisory Team while also embedded within a wider, highly experienced client programme, working alongside specialist recruiters and account managers who provide day‑to‑day support, guidance and shared expertise.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in a customer service‑focused or administrative role, ideally within an office or corporate environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good IT literacy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Able to maintain accuracy, quality and professionalism under pressure
Nice to Have
- Exposure to recruitment, HR or resourcing environments
- Experience supporting high‑volume or process‑driven operations
- Interest in automotive, engineering or technical industries
- Previous experience screening candidates or coordinating interviews
Working Model
- Location: Bristol
- Hybrid working: 2 days onsite per week
