MasTec Advanced Technologies is seeking skilled technicians for home installations through its partnership with Best Buy. This role offers competitive pay up to $22 an hour or more, with performance-based compensation and incentives. Primary Responsibilities

• Provide expert home installations of technology products such as TV mounts, sound bars, smart speakers, video doorbells, and smart thermostats.
• Advise and recommend solutions tailored to the customer’s needs.
• Ensure all installations are done properly and meet customer expectations.
• Work independently and manage your schedule with minimal supervision.
• Maintain high safety standards and follow strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
• Perform physical tasks, including climbing ladders and carrying equipment.

Required Experience

• Experience in installation, customer service, or a technical field is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to learn and work with new technologies.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Work Environment

• Work may be performed in environments that are not heated or air-conditioned.
• Tasks may include kneeling, crawling, bending, or other physical movements.
• Work could be inside or outside, and is dependent on weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift 60-80 pounds and climb ladders (28-36 feet).
