Job Description

At MasTec Advanced Technologies, you will play a crucial role in installing and maintaining satellite dishes and receivers, ensuring a seamless customer experience. This dynamic role requires both indoor and outdoor tasks at customer residences and commercial buildings, all while following safety guidelines. Pay: Up to $22 an hour or more. Competitive wages with performance-based compensation and incentives are offered. You will also receive paid training and high-quality tools, uniform, work van, and gas card.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain satellite dishes and receivers.
  • Foster positive customer relationships and troubleshoot issues.
  • Provide a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.
  • Perform tasks at customer residences and commercial buildings, both indoor and outdoor, adhering to safety guidelines.
  • Advise and recommend solutions and products based on customer needs.

Required Experience

  • No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn the latest technologies is essential.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Be able to lift 60-80 pounds and climb 28-36 foot ladders

Work Environment

  • Work may be performed in environments that are not heated or air-conditioned.
  • Must be comfortable working inside or outside, regardless of weather conditions.
  • Tasks may involve kneeling, crawling, bending, or other physically demanding positions.
  • Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, criminal background check and MVR (driving record) check
  • Be able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends or evenings
