At MasTec Advanced Technologies, your smile and technical expertise are in demand. You will provide and install advanced home technologies, from satellite dishes to home security and smart home automation. Pay is up to $22 an hour or more. We also offer performance-based compensation and incentives, along with paid training and various benefits. 

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Install and configure home technologies, including TV mounts, sound bars, speakers, and smart home products (e.g., door locks, smart speakers, video doorbells, and smart thermostats). 
• Provide exceptional customer service and recommend the best solutions to meet customer needs. 
• Ensure proper setup and functionality of installed technologies. 
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures in a safety-sensitive role. 
• Work independently while managing multiple tasks. 

Required Experience: 

• Prior experience in installation or customer service is preferred. 
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly. 
• A valid driver’s license is required. 

Working Conditions: 

• Work may be performed in environments that are not heated or air-conditioned, indoors or outdoors, regardless of weather conditions. 
• The role requires climbing ladders, lifting 60-80 pounds, and performing tasks that may involve kneeling, crawling, or bending.
