MasTec Advanced Technologies is seeking Fiber Installation Technicians to join our team. This position offers competitive pay ranging from $22 to $24 per hour, along with paid training, high-quality tools, and various benefits. Our Fiber Technicians are responsible for installing high-speed cable TV, phone, and internet services for residential and commercial customers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Install, splice, repair, and terminate fiber-optic cables and connectors in both indoor and outdoor settings.
• Maintain detailed records of installations, repairs, and equipment used, generating accurate reports on work completed and documenting network configurations.
• Apply personal ethics, honesty, initiative, flexibility, and responsibility in all work assignments.
• Ensure the highest quality of service to promote superior customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures.

Required Experience

• Ability to lift 60-80 pounds and climb 28-36 foot ladders.
• Experience in customer service and technical roles preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, criminal background check, and MVR check.

Work Environment

• Highly independent work environment with flexible scheduling that may include weekends or evenings.
