The Senior Field Representative specializes in servicing and repairing a variety of highly complex office equipment at customer locations within a specific geographic area. This role may include Team Lead/Coordinator responsibilities. Candidates must possess 1 Industry Certification.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Specialize in servicing and repairing a core set of complex office products.
• Manage territory, inventory, and customer relationships.
• Provide 2nd level technical support to other technicians.
• Achieve productivity levels aligned with workload and experience.
• Drive revenue through supply leads, contract sales, and equipment assessments.
• Perform diagnostics, installations, removals, and retrofits on office products.
• Complete technical training on new equipment.
• Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) for new and experienced technicians.
• Lead technical seminars and serve as a role model for professional behavior.
• Execute territory management and call handling procedures.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory and complete administrative tasks timely.
• Handle difficult customer situations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years of related experience, including 2 years as a Technology Service Consultant I.
• High-level technical skills typically gained through technical school.
• Valid state driver's license and required auto insurance coverage.

Required Education:

• Completion of technical school.
• 1 Industry Certification required.

Working Conditions:

• Office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation.
• Extensive travel between customer locations; may include walking in urban areas.
• Regular exposure to conditions that may cause minor cuts and burns.
• Frequent exposure to chemical solvents and cleaners.
• Physical effort required to move heavy objects (up to 400 pounds) and perform various manual tasks.
