Job Description

Comcast is offering an exciting opportunity for a Retail Sales Professional with a competitive compensation package. The base pay for this position is $15.80 per hour, with targeted commission bringing the total hourly compensation to $23.49. Additionally, the role offers uncapped commission potential for those who exceed sales targets. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with customers in a retail environment to evaluate their product needs and provide suitable recommendations.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience during all interactions.
  • Assist customers with account management, including interpreting statements, paying bills, and updating service information.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products and services.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Comcast products, services, and the competitive landscape.
  • Foster a fun, competitive, and customer-focused atmosphere within the team.
  • Contribute to achieving sales goals through effective communication and product knowledge.
  • Learn and stay current on new technologies, particularly Comcast services.
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required Experience:

  • 1-3 years of related experience, preferably in consumer electronics or wireless retail sales.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with occasional overtime.
  • Ability to lift and carry 25-pound boxes and remain on your feet for extended periods.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Required Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
