Job Description

Clean Earth is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support Customer Service and Sales by reviewing manifests for accuracy, preparing billing, and organizing outbound trailer logs and spreadsheets.
  • Create, review, and arrange manifests into packages, confirming destinations.
  • Assist Sales and Field Technical Services with paperwork, invoicing, and customer communications.
  • Complete spreadsheets for trailer shipments and file manifests by date, trailer, and destination.
  • Manage phone calls, receive visitors, and provide assistance or direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as faxing, filing, opening mail, and other related duties as assigned.
  • Email summary reports to interoffice personnel.
  • Mail and ship packages via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Required Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years of experience in data entry.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to office administrative work.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with manifest preparation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Work Environment:
This position involves working in an office setting where administrative tasks are completed, including data entry, customer service support, and coordination with various departments. You will be interacting with visitors, vendors, and internal teams.
