Job Description
Comcast is hiring immediately for the position of Retail Sales Professional. This role offers a starting hourly rate of $15.05 plus targeted commission, with total compensation reaching $22.74 per hour. Primary Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers in a retail location to evaluate their product needs and make recommendations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist with account statements, billing, and service inquiries.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting Comcast/Xfinity products and services.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, including competitive insights.
- Help customers understand and take full advantage of Comcast products and services.
- Contribute to a fun and competitive retail environment, aimed at connecting our products to customers’ lifestyles.
- Demonstrate strong communication and persuasion skills to achieve sales targets.
- Provide on-the-job training and participate in learning new technologies.
- Regularly meet or exceed sales goals, with uncapped commission potential for top performers.
Required Experience
- 2-5 years of related experience, ideally in consumer electronics or wireless retail sales.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
- Capacity to work in multiple store locations when necessary.
- Ability to lift 25-pound boxes and remain on your feet for long periods.
