Ferguson is currently seeking an individual to fill an immediate need for a Sales Support Representative – Residential Trade. This role offers an hourly pay range of $17.77 - $28.42 and is bonus or incentive plan eligible.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales associates to determine the best products and solutions for customer needs
• Ensure delivery of personalized service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers
• Respond to sales calls, address customer concerns, and provide general information
• Effectively use CRM and phone systems

Required Experience

• 0–3 years of experience in sales and/or customer service preferred
• Demonstrated upselling skills
• Ability to respond promptly to customer needs and make timely decisions
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and committed to follow-through
• Customer-service-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general digital literacy
• Quick learner with respect to product knowledge and internal processes
