Job Description
The Inside Sales Professional is responsible for engaging existing Ricoh accounts with a focus on customer retention and expanding Ricoh’s product and service offerings. This is a 100% telephone-based sales role requiring a minimum of 30 outbound calls or activities per day. Accurate and timely documentation of opportunities in the RForce system is essential. The role may expand to include additional responsibilities such as ZBA, lead generation, or other projects. Key Responsibilities
