Ferguson is seeking Installation Associates to deliver, install, and remove a variety of appliances in commercial and residential settings. This role offers a pay rate ranging from $21.28 to $31.91 and is eligible for a bonus or incentive plan. Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform basic appliance installation and learn custom installations (training provided).
• Handle and install gas and electric household appliances (washers, dryers, ranges, refrigerators) accurately and damage-free according to manufacturer specifications.
• Interact courteously with builders, designers, and customers.
• Attend company-paid training seminars to stay updated on product changes.
• Provide driver duties and responsibilities.

Required Experience:

• 1+ years of experience in Appliance Delivery & Installation Service preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver's license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Possession of a DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain one.
• Ability to lift 70+ pound objects frequently and 90+ pound objects occasionally with assistance.
• Excellent customer service skills and mechanical skills are a must.
