Primary Responsibilities:
- Mix paints of all finishes.
- Set up and maintain all painting equipment.
- Record wet and dry mil readings, as well as inside and outside temperature readings.
- Monitor and record dew point and relative humidity (R.H.) readings.
- Track daily paint usage.
- Sandblast surfaces as required.
- Apply paint to units with the necessary number of coats.
- Properly report labor and maintain productivity levels according to plant goals.
- Adhere to the Company’s Code of Conduct and Business Ethics standards.
Required Experience:
- Prior painting experience preferred.
- Knowledge of company safety policies.
Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to read and write in English.
Working Conditions:
- The work environment is usually moderate in noise level.

- Frequently required to sit and use hands to touch, handle, or feel.
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
