Primary Responsibilities: 

• Mix paints of all finishes. 
• Set up and maintain all painting equipment. 
• Record wet and dry mil readings, as well as inside and outside temperature readings. 
• Monitor and record dew point and relative humidity (R.H.) readings. 
• Track daily paint usage. 
• Sandblast surfaces as required. 
• Apply paint to units with the necessary number of coats. 
• Properly report labor and maintain productivity levels according to plant goals. 
• Adhere to the Company’s Code of Conduct and Business Ethics standards. 

Required Experience: 

• Prior painting experience preferred. 
• Knowledge of company safety policies. 

Required Education: 

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 
• Ability to read and write in English.

• The work environment is usually moderate in noise level.

• Occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, or crouch.

• Vision requirements include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
