Field Specialist I, Advanced CIP requires advanced technology skills to independently provide strategic analysis and consultative support. This role encompasses service, maintenance, repair, and development of solutions for a diverse range of company products and services.

Primary Responsibilities

• Performs advanced troubleshooting, networking, installation, configuration, and maintenance of products.
• Acts as a consultant/strategic professional, addressing high-level product and recurring issues.
• Leads technical problem-solving efforts and provides guidance to others.
• Identifies opportunities to increase utilization of company equipment, supplies, and services.
• Builds and maintains professional customer relationships and supports team success.
• Manages workload effectively and adheres to call handling procedures.
• Executes customer training, observes workflows, and presents solutions for process improvement.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and completes administrative tasks promptly and accurately.
• Achieves productivity and quality objectives as per company standards.
• Participates in company programs and fulfills additional duties as assigned.

Required Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in computers, electronics, mechanics, basic networking, and printing software applications preferred.
• Valid state driver's license and minimum auto insurance coverage required.

Required Education

• High school diploma.

Working Conditions

• Extensive daily travel by automobile and occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to move objects up to 400 pounds and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Requires regular stooping, bending, squatting, and kneeling.
• May involve shift work, overtime, stand-by, or on-call duties.
• Periodic stress related to deadlines, performance expectations, and customer interactions.
