Are you a resilient flooring installation pro who loves solving problems on the job site and helping others get it right the first time? Join us as a Field Service Technician, where you’ll use your installation expertise to train contractors, support field projects, troubleshoot issues, and help ensure Ecore products perform at their absolute best.
This is the perfect role for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys teaching others, and wants to become the go‑to technical expert for resilient flooring systems.
What You’ll Do

- Solve problems in real time. Investigate claims, troubleshoot issues, and support warranty resolution through calls, email, or site visits.
- Create best practices. Develop and update installation and maintenance protocols, training materials, and instructional videos.
- Improve product performance. Assist with in-house testing of adhesives, mitigation systems, subfloor prep, welds, cleaners, and more.
What You Bring

- Strong background in flooring installation and job-site troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to guide installers, customers, and partners professionally—even in challenging situations.
- Problem-solving ability and solid technical judgment for working through claims with empathy and accuracy.
- Ability to build strong relationships with contractors, distributors, sales teams, and end users.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%, sometimes on short notice.
Why You’ll Love This Role
- You get to use your installation skills daily—not behind a desk, but hands-on in the field.
- You become the trusted expert that installers and customers rely on.
- You help shape the industry by training others and improving installation best practices.
- Every day brings something different—new sites, new challenges, new opportunities.
