Ferguson is seeking a Counter Sales Representative II to join their team. This full-time position offers a pay range of $20–$24 per hour, based on experience. The schedule is Monday–Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with one Saturday shift every other month from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide customers with product advice and solutions based on their needs
• Process orders using the order management system
• Operate cash registers and follow established cash handling procedures
• Prepare and stage customer orders for pickup
• Maintain store appearance, merchandising standards, and restock merchandise
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all safety regulations, including proper use of PPE (e.g., safety harness with 400 lb capacity)

Required Experience

• 1–5 years of relevant experience preferred
• 1 year of plumbing knowledge preferred
• General computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise
• Strong decision-making and communication skills

Work Environment

• Must maintain a safe working environment and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Safety harness usage required (max weight capacity: 400 lbs)
