The Field Representative II services and repairs a variety of company products and systems at customer locations within a specific geographic area. This role is capable of handling a full workload in both standalone and networked environments. Salary range is $21.00-$29.00 per hour.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Achieves expected productivity levels associated with assigned workload and level of experience.
• Manages territory, inventory, and customer relationships.
• Demonstrates excellent technical and customer relation skills.
• Drives revenue-generating opportunities through supply leads, contract sales, and equipment assessments.
• Performs a full range of servicing and repair procedures, including diagnostics, installation, removal, and retrofits on assigned equipment.
• Completes Basic Connected installations, sets up IP addresses, downloads printer drivers, and provides customer training on printing functions.
• Troubleshoots and repairs or replaces equipment components as necessary.
• Executes territory management and call handling procedures effectively.
• Collaborates with sales partners to maximize equipment leads and upgrade opportunities.
• Maintains and manages own parts inventory with high accuracy.
• Completes required administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Interacts with external customers to determine service needs and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Provides technical assistance to less experienced technicians.
• Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Required Experience:

• Typically requires journeyman-level technical knowledge gained through technical school and 2+ years of related experience.
• Requires a valid state driver's license and minimum level of auto insurance coverage as extensive use of a personal car is needed.

Required Education:

• Completion of technical school or equivalent.

Working Conditions:

• Works in an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and normal range of temperature and noise.
• Extensive daily travel in an automobile between customer locations is usually required, with a "walking territory" requiring extensive foot travel in various weather conditions.
• Regular exposure to conditions that could result in minor cuts and burns, as well as frequent exposure to chemical solvents and cleaners.
• Physical demands include moving objects weighing up to 400 pounds and lifting/carrying objects up to 50 pounds, along with frequent bending, squatting, and kneeling.
