The Retail Sales Professional position offers a base pay of $14.55 per hour with a total targeted compensation of $22.24 per hour (base rate + targeted commission). Primary Responsibilities:

• Work directly with customers in a retail location to evaluate their product needs and make appropriate recommendations.
• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction with all interactions.
• Assist customers with understanding their account statements, making payments, and addressing billing inquiries.
• Resolve customer issues, answer questions, upgrade services, and process requests.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of Comcast products and services, including competitive offerings.
• Contribute to a dynamic and competitive retail environment.
• Demonstrate a passion for technology, learning new skills, and promoting a customer-centric culture.

Required Experience:

• 2-5 years of related experience, preferably in consumer electronics or wireless retail sales.
• Previous experience working in a customer-facing role is a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to carry and lift 25-pound boxes and remain on your feet for extended periods.

Required Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
