This position offers a $500 sign-on bonus for new Ricoh members! Under the direction of the Enterprise Services Manager (ESM) or Area Operations Manager (AOM), this key role supports daily operations, implementations, expansions, and administration of all Managed Services Accounts within an assigned operational area. The Multi-Site Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for a broad knowledge of Ricoh Service Excellence Methodology and account service delivery requirements, delivering operational support across various customer locations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support daily operations for all contracted services at customer accounts within a geographical area.
• Assist management with process improvement and ensuring compliance with operational best practices.
• Collaborate with Field Implementation Managers on new customer account implementations and service expansions.
• Aid in onboarding new team members and cross-training peers.
• Develop and maintain Site Procedure Guides and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Perform daily visual inspections of site services and compliance with safety standards.
• Gather and provide feedback on site experiences to improve customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer communications and escalate issues as needed.
• Collect data for the Monthly Operations Review as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Experience

• 12 months of related work experience; post-high school education is encouraged and preferred.
• Ability to travel between accounts, covering distances of 40-50 miles if required.
• Must possess a valid, violation-free driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Requires intermediate skill level on most common software applications including file folder management and navigating to network production folders.
  

Required Education

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Working Conditions

• Typically an office or warehouse environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise levels.
• Some physical effort is required, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting items up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent local travel by car is necessary.
