Comcast is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales Professional to join our team. The position offers uncapped commission and a 4-day work week. Compensation includes a base rate of $14.55 per hour, plus targeted commission, with a total target compensation of $22.24+ hourly. Primary Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in a retail location, evaluating their product needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assist with account issues, billing inquiries, service upgrades, and process requests.
• Offer expert-level knowledge of Comcast products and services to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of current products, services, and competitive offerings.
• Contribute to a fun, competitive team environment.
• Assist customers with interpreting their account statements and resolving any payment-related issues.
• Actively promote Comcast products and services, ensuring a high level of customer retention and satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date on new technologies and service offerings.

Required Experience

• 2-5 years of related experience, preferably in consumer electronics or wireless retail sales.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods while moving throughout the store.

Required Education

• High School Diploma / GED (Required)

Work Environment

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Required to stand and move about the store consistently during shifts.
