We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Richburg, South Carolina. This full-time position is critical in supporting production and ensuring that equipment operates efficiently to meet production goals and customer needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, replace, install, adjust, and maintain all mechanical equipment in the plant.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot machine malfunctions.
• Plan, layout, and perform operations to install, maintain, and repair a variety of plant equipment.
• Use manuals, schematics, and diagrams for effective troubleshooting.
• Safely install and maintain 3-phase motor control systems and AC/DC circuits.
• Understand and troubleshoot fluid power systems; repair power units, valves, motors, and pumps.
• Perform basic fabrication tasks, including cutting and welding operations.
• Maintain work areas, tools, and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Follow all company safety guidelines and maintain a lift truck operator’s license.

Required Experience:

• At least two (2) years of trade school or equivalent experience in industrial mechanical or electrical fields.

Required Education:

• General HS Diploma / GED.

Skills:

• Mechanical aptitude in complex mechanical assemblies, including precision measurements.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledge of conventional welding and industrial equipment operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Basic computer skills for maintaining records and inventory.
