At MasTec Advanced Technologies, you will provide and install advanced home technologies, including satellite dishes, home security systems, and smart home automation. This role involves a combination of customer service and technical skills to ensure a positive customer experience. You will be responsible for indoor and outdoor installations and maintenance at customer residences and commercial buildings. Pay: Up to $22 an hour or more, with performance-based compensation and incentives.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain satellite dishes and receivers at customer locations.
• Provide excellent customer service and foster positive relationships with clients.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with home technologies and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Follow safety guidelines while working both indoors and outdoors.
• Advise customers on the best products and technologies to meet their needs.
• Ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer experience during installation and service calls.

Required Experience:

• Previous experience in home technology installation or a similar field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on satisfaction and technical expertise.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Work Environment:

• Work could be performed in environments that are not heated or air-conditioned, and tasks may be conducted both indoors and outdoors.
• The role may involve climbing ladders (up to 36 feet), kneeling, crawling, bending, and working in physically uncomfortable positions.
• Candidate must be able to lift 60-80 pounds and must meet safety requirements related to equipment.
