At MasTec Advanced Technologies, your technical expertise is in demand. As a Technician, you will provide and install advanced home technologies, including satellite dishes, home security systems, and smart home automation. You will recommend the best technologies to meet customer needs and ensure proper installation from the start. This role offers up to $22 an hour or more, with performance-based compensation and incentives.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Install smart home products such as TV mounts, soundbars, speakers, doorlocks, smart speakers, video doorbells, and smart thermostats.
• Provide high-quality service and ensure proper installation of various home technology systems.
• Interact with customers and offer advice on the best solutions to meet their needs.
• Maintain safety protocols while performing installations.
• Work independently, multi-task, and manage time efficiently.

Required Experience:

• Experience in home installation or related fields is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Work Environment:

• Work may be performed in environments that are not heated or air-conditioned, both indoors and outdoors, regardless of weather conditions.
• The job may require kneeling, crawling, bending, or other positions that may be uncomfortable.
• Must meet safety standards and weight limitations when using ladders and equipment.
• Flexible schedule required, including evenings and weekends.
