As part of our home installation service team through the Best Buy program, you'll provide and install the latest home technologies, including satellite dishes, home security, and smart home automation. Competitive pay up to $22 an hour, with performance-based compensation and incentives. Primary Responsibilities:

• Install and set up various smart home technologies (e.g., TV mounts, soundbars, speakers, door locks, smart speakers, video doorbells, smart thermostats)
• Advise customers on the best technology solutions for their needs
• Ensure installations are performed safely and to the highest standard
• Complete all phases of installation, including hardware setup, wiring, and testing
• Work independently while maintaining a high level of customer service
• Maintain and operate a work van, tools, and equipment

Required Experience:

• Previous experience in technology installation or customer service preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and recommend solutions for customers
• Willingness to learn new technologies and keep up with industry trends

Work Environment:

• Work may be performed in environments that are not heated or air-conditioned
• Potential to work indoors and outdoors, regardless of weather conditions
• Required to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
