As a Retail Sales Professional at Comcast, you will be responsible for assisting and consulting with customers on our products and services. By utilizing your knowledge, skills, and technology, you will help create a world-class sales and service experience. This role offers a base pay of $15.05 per hour with a total target compensation of $22.74 per hour, which includes base pay plus targeted commission. Additional compensation for overachieving sales targets is available. Comcast provides a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees physically, financially, and emotionally.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Passionately represent Comcast products and services, providing product demonstrations to educate customers on full product capabilities.
• Take a customer-first approach, listening to and evaluating customer needs to provide appropriate solutions.
• Achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives.
• Conduct customer onboarding activities to ensure full understanding of product usage and management.
• Perform operational and administrative tasks, including partnering with customer care to resolve customer issues.
• Consistently demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a friendly demeanor with customers and teammates.
• Comply with all company and retail operational policies and procedures.
• Complete required training and engage in team huddles and learning opportunities.
• Understand the sales compensation plan and key components.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime, and may be required to work in alternate stores.
• Lift up to 25-pound boxes, and be mobile within the store.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• 2-5 years of relevant work experience, ideally in a retail or customer-facing role.

Required Education:

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
