Comcast is seeking a Retail Sales Professional to join their team, offering a competitive compensation package of $26.39+ per hour (Base Salary: $18.70 + Targeted Commission). Primary Responsibilities:

• Work directly with customers in a retail location to evaluate their product needs and make appropriate recommendations.
• Provide exceptional customer service with all interactions.
• Assist customers in understanding and clarifying their account statements, process bill payments, and resolve general service requests.
• Promote Comcast/Xfinity products as a brand ambassador.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, including competitive offerings.
• Contribute to a fun and competitive work environment by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Demonstrate expert-level understanding of Comcast products and services.
• Maintain a strong passion for technology and customer service.

Required Experience:

• 2-5 years of related experience, preferably in consumer electronics or wireless retail sales.
• Experience in customer service and working with technology products is highly desired.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and remain standing for extended periods.

Required Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Work Environment:
This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail setting, with responsibilities including standing and moving around the store frequently. Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance is expected.
