Job Description

At MasTec Advanced Technologies, you will provide and install advanced home technologies, including satellite dishes and smart home automation. You will be the trusted technician that customers rely on, earning up to $24 an hour or more, with performance-based compensation and incentives.

Primary Responsibilities

Recommend and install a variety of smart home products, including TV mounts, sound bars, and smart devices (e.g., door locks, smart speakers).
Ensure all installations are completed accurately and to customer satisfaction.
Foster positive customer relationships and provide exceptional service.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
Perform both indoor and outdoor installations, adhering to safety guidelines.

Required Experience

Strong commitment to customer service and the ability to set an example for others.
Motivation to learn and master the latest technologies.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
A valid driver’s license is required.
Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug test, criminal background check, and driving record check.

Working Conditions

Work may be performed in environments that are not heated or air-conditioned.
Must be able to lift 60-80 pounds and climb ladders up to 36 feet.
Tasks may involve kneeling, crawling, and bending in various positions.
Flexible schedule required, including weekends and evenings.
