In this role, you will install and maintain the most advanced home technologies, including satellite dishes, home security, and smart home automation. Pay is up to $22 an hour or more, with a clear promotion path available.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain satellite dishes and receivers at customer residences and commercial buildings.
• Foster positive customer relationships while ensuring a seamless experience.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Follow safety guidelines and adhere to safety protocols in all work activities.
• Work both indoors and outdoors, regardless of weather conditions.
• Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs.
• Maintain high standards for customer service and technical expertise.

Required Experience:

• Experience in home installation or technical support is preferred but not required.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage time efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Work Environment:

• Work could be performed in environments that are not heated or air-conditioned, and may require climbing ladders, kneeling, crawling, or other positions that could be uncomfortable.
• Must be able to meet manufacturer’s safety requirements and lift up to 80 pounds.
• The role requires work in both indoor and outdoor environments, subject to weather conditions.
