Talent Solutions

This position requires advanced technology skills to independently provide strategic analysis and consultative support for service, maintenance, repair, and solution development for a variety of company products and services.

Primary Responsibilities:

Technical

• Perform advanced solutions skill services including configuring, installing, troubleshooting, networking, maintaining, and training on a variety of products and services.
• Act as a consultant/strategic professional, effectively solving high-end product issues.
• Lead others in technical problem-sharing efforts and demonstrate leadership in complex situations.
• Proactively seek opportunities for increasing utilization of Ricoh equipment, supplies, and services.
• Assemble, adjust, maintain, and share expertise on products according to specifications.

Customer Services

• Promote Ricoh's support functions, anticipating and managing customer needs.
• Manage own time and schedule while assisting others in support of multiple solutions.
• Maintain productive, professional relationships with customers and team members.

Manage Workload

• Execute workload management and call handling procedures.
• Provide customer training and present solutions for improved methods.

Administrative

• Maintain a full workload, meeting response times and quality objectives.
• Comply with company policies and complete administrative tasks accurately.
• Track time and activities using the proper tracking system.

Results

• Achieve expected productivity levels.
• Participate in Ricoh Extra Value program opportunities.

Required Experience:

• Valid state driver's license and minimum auto insurance coverage.
• Experience with computers, electronics, mechanics, basic networking, and printing software applications is desired.

Required Education:

• High school diploma required.

Working Conditions:

• Extensive daily travel by automobile and foot, often in varying weather conditions.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Must be able to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds and move objects on wheels up to 400 pounds.
• Frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling required.
• Shift work, overtime, and on-call duties may be necessary.
• Work may involve stress related to deadlines and performance expectations.
