This position involves servicing and repairing a variety of company products and systems at customer locations within a specific geographic area. A sign-on bonus may be offered, with a salary range of $20.00 to $21.00 per hour.

Primary Responsibilities

• Achieves expected productivity levels based on assigned workload and experience.
• Manages territory, inventory, and customer relationships.
• Demonstrates excellent technical and customer relation skills.
• Drives revenue through supply leads, contract sales, and equipment assessments.
• Performs diagnostics, installation, and retrofits on assigned equipment.
• Completes basic connected installations and provides customer training.
• Troubleshoots and repairs or replaces components on devices.
• Maintains accuracy in parts inventory and adheres to backup plans.
• Interacts with customers to determine service needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Provides technical assistance to less experienced technicians.
• Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor.

Required Experience

• Typically requires journeyman-level technical knowledge from technical school and 2+ years of related experience.
• Requires a valid state driver's license and minimum auto insurance coverage.
• Requires a strong working knowledge of electro-mechanical devices, electrical circuitry, electronics and varying levels of digital competency.
  

Required Education

• Completion of technical school.

Working Conditions

• Works primarily in an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation.
• Extensive travel between customer locations is required, with exposure to various weather conditions.
• Regularly exposed to minor cuts, burns, and chemical solvents.
• Shift work, overtime, and on-call duties may be required.
• Requires physical effort to move objects weighing up to 400 pounds and frequent bending and squatting.
