As a Production Operator/Assembler at Johnson Controls, you will perform various assembly operations within the plant. This role includes using tools and equipment to assemble factory parts and ensuring a clean and productive work area. This position is full-time and available across multiple shifts. Primary Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of operations to assemble factory parts and other duties as needed.
• Check for and obtain required tools, equipment, and parts.
• Read and understand Operational Method Sheets (OMS) and prepare workstations and equipment for production.
• Execute assembly work according to OMS, including drilling, screwing, and bolting.
• Place completed parts in the designated lay down area or on conveyors.
• Perform rework or minor repairs as assigned by Supervisor.
• Maintain a neat, orderly, and clean work area through basic housekeeping functions.
• Record production activities as required.

Required Experience

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Proficient in using decimals, fractions, and scales.
• Experience with pneumatic tools and safety protocols.

Required Education

• High school diploma or equivalent.
