Job Description

As a Financial Wellness Consultant (FWC) at KeyBank, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping individuals and businesses in our communities with their financial wellness. This role involves conducting Teller transactions and building relationships to provide guidance and solutions tailored to clients' financial goals. Strong teamwork and effective communication are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

Foster a strong client experience culture by engaging fully with clients and teammates.
Listen for financial wellness opportunities during client interactions and provide tailored recommendations.
Consistently meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome expectations.
Process all financial service transactions accurately while identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships.
Open personal and business accounts and offer various financial products.
Develop partnerships with branch teammates and business partners to enhance client acquisition and retention.
Ensure compliance with operational, security, and audit procedures.
Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs, and perform other assigned duties.

Required Experience:

1-3 years of experience in developing customer relationships and achieving sales goals.
Experience in cash handling.
General understanding of PC applications and calculators.
Working knowledge of digital technology and the ability to educate clients on digital platforms.
Understanding of consumer credit concepts (loan-to-value, debt-to-income, credit reports).
Notary License (preferred).

Required Education:

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

Physical Demands:

Prolonged standing (5-8 hours per day).
Frequent use of hands for manipulating objects.
Ability to communicate effectively face-to-face and over the phone.
Occasional bending and lifting from floor height, with the ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Driving Requirements:

Ability to occasionally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license.
