Operates powered and non-powered material-handling equipment to support all warehouse functions—including shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, cycle counts, and inventory consolidation—while upholding strict safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment; follow all company safety policies and complete daily forklift inspections.

• Use RF equipment to process inbound, outbound, and internal orders with accurate item and quantity data.

• Perform cycle counts, quality-assurance inspections, and stock consolidation to improve inventory accuracy and space utilization.

• Inspect, palletize, load, and unload freight (LTL, TL, vans); verify correct items, quantities, and damage-free cartons.

• Prepare Bills of Lading and C-TPAT compliance documentation for international shipments; maintain warehouse security.

• Meet productivity and quality targets; uphold 5S housekeeping standards in assigned work areas.

• Provide cross-trained backup for other departments and assist team leads with onboarding new employees.

• Complete other duties as assigned by management.

Required Experience

• 3+ years of warehouse experience, including at least 1 year on stand-up (reach or dock-stocker) forklifts.

• Current forklift certification (reach, dock-stocker, or sit-down) and proficiency with RF scanners.

• Strong math, reading-comprehension, and legible writing skills.

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and move wheeled loads up to 700 lbs safely.

Required Education

• High-school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Work Environment

• Warehouse setting with normal lighting, ventilation, temperature, and noise levels.

• Extensive walking, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs for prolonged periods; occasional handling of items up to 100 lbs.

• Regular use of forklifts and other material-handling equipment across varied floor conditions.
