Primary Responsibilities

• Install and maintain satellite dishes and receivers at residential and commercial locations

• Foster positive customer relationships and provide excellent service

• Troubleshoot equipment and service issues

• Recommend and advise customers on products and services

• Work independently, managing multiple tasks effectively

• Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines during indoor and outdoor installations

Required Experience

• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights (must meet equipment safety requirements)

• Lift 60–80 pounds and operate ladders 28–36 feet in height

• Work in environments that may not be heated or air-conditioned

• Perform tasks requiring kneeling, crawling, or bending

• Strong customer service skills and willingness to learn new technologies

• Valid driver’s license required

• Must pass pre-employment drug test, background check, and MVR check

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings

Work Environment

• Work may be performed inside or outside regardless of weather conditions

• May involve uncomfortable physical positions such as kneeling or crawling

• Safety-sensitive role requiring strict adherence to safety protocols
