Senior Field Representative, Support CIP Position Overview This role requires a highly skilled technical professional capable of independently delivering product and service solutions. Responsibilities include servicing, training, and supporting business functions while driving new opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities Technical Expertise
Configure, install, troubleshoot, network, maintain, and train on specialized product solutions.
Provide expert repair services, customer training, and workflow analysis to improve efficiency.
Identify opportunities to increase Ricoh equipment utilization, supplies, and services.
Assemble, adjust, and maintain products according to specifications, sharing expertise with clients and colleagues.
Customer Engagement
Foster professional relationships with customers and Ricoh personnel, contributing to overall team success.
Promote Ricoh’s service offerings, proactively managing customer needs.
Workload Management
Manage schedules independently while supporting broader solution strategies.
Execute call-handling procedures effectively and efficiently.
Observe customer workflows, deliver training, and recommend solutions to improve operational methods.
Administrative Duties
Adhere to company policies and complete all administrative tasks accurately and promptly.
Maintain logs, processes, and reports as required.
Track time and activities via proper reporting systems.
Manage inventory, including "car stock" and onsite supplies.
Performance & Results
Meet expected productivity benchmarks for assigned workload and experience level.
Participate in Ricoh Extra Value program initiatives and bill accordingly.
Execute additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
Valid driver’s license and minimum auto insurance coverage per company policy.
High school diploma; coursework or experience in computers, electronics, mechanics, networking, or printing software preferred.
Meet certification requirements outlined by management.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands
Extensive daily travel, primarily by automobile; potential foot travel in urban settings.
Occasional overnight travel required.
Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs and maneuver equipment up to 400 lbs.
Frequent physical activity, including stooping, bending, and kneeling.
Dexterity for operating tools, keyboards, and other equipment.
May require shift work, overtime, and on-call availability.
Periodic exposure to deadline-driven environments and customer interactions.
