Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for an Appliance Installation Coordinator. This role requires onsite presence at one of the following locations: Alexandria, VA or Beltsville, MD. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30am – 3:30pm.

Primary Responsibilities

• Proactively develop and maintain relationships with an assigned customer base, including key accounts, ensuring satisfaction with products and services
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements
• Review and modify work orders for scope accuracy, clarity, required dates, customer contact information, and product availability
• Contact customers to schedule pre-site evaluations, deliveries, and installations
• Update the Installation Calendar with relevant job conditions
• Track and record installation counts by product type
• Receive and process pre-site notes, exit checklists, change orders, pictures, and invoices
• Provide final pricing to customers for requested services
• Serve as point of contact for customer questions, concerns, and complaints
• Write credit memos and sales orders for returns and rescheduled appointments

Required Experience

• Prior installation coordinating experience strongly preferred
• Expert-level product and installation knowledge
• Appliance product knowledge is a plus
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
