Ferguson is seeking a Technical Sales Support Representative to join our inside sales team in Alsip, IL. This role involves supporting the Valve Actuation inside sales team, managing customer relationships, and providing technical guidance. The pay range for this position is $20.57 - $32.91 per hour, with eligibility for bonuses or incentives. Primary Responsibilities:

Support the Valve Actuation inside sales team.

Manage relationships with internal and external customers.

Deliver exceptional customer service while providing technical assistance and guidance.

Develop relationships with key vendors to support sales.

Form strong, trust-based relationships within the district.

Continuously learn and train on Limitorque Valve Actuation products.

Organize customer RFQs and project files for review by the Inside Sales Team.

Organize and upload QC documents from daily shop production.

Gather and submit technical documents to support sales group quote generation.

Process orders from internal and external customers.

Generate vendor purchase orders.

Submit production information to the shop.

Maintain records related to the QMS program (e.g., shop equipment calibration, SOPs).

Assist with ordering office supplies and shop consumables.
Required Experience:

A minimum of 1+ years of technical sales experience is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.

A high level of integrity in problem-solving.

Ability to organize and prioritize work.

Technical and mechanical aptitude with proficiency in operating computers, tablets, and mobile devices.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
