  • Deliver consumables and supplies to assigned locations.
  • Support new device implementation, including receipt, installation, and return of old equipment.
  • Adhere to installation, de-installation, and move procedures, ensuring proper storage and record-keeping.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing regular updates on issues and resolutions.
  • Maintain Ricoh-issued laptop and cellular device, as well as customer-issued laptops.
  • Follow all Ricoh and customer safety and security protocols.
  • Travel to customer buildings and offsite locations using a company-owned fleet vehicle.

Required Experience:

  • Previous experience with electro-mechanical devices, electronics, or related fields.
  • IT Help Desk Support experience (hardware and application support) preferred.
  • Some experience or training in information technology, electronics, or mechanics is desired.
  • Requires a valid state driver's license and minimum level of auto insurance coverage per company policy

Required Education:

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) required; additional education is preferred.

Working Conditions:

  • The technician will work in an office/healthcare setting with adequate lighting, ventilation, and normal temperature and noise ranges.
  • Hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break. Availability during these hours is required.
  • Daily travel to the office in a personal vehicle and travel between locations in a company-owned fleet vehicle is necessary.
  • The work environment may expose individuals to conditions like minor cuts, burns, chemical solvents, and cleaners.
  • Frequent physical effort is required, such as pushing heavy objects (up to 400 lbs.), lifting tools (up to 50 lbs.), and performing tasks that involve bending, squatting, and kneeling.
  • Extensive foot travel may be required for technicians assigned to hospitals.
