At MasTec Advanced Technologies, your smile and technical expertise are in demand. In this role, you'll install and support advanced home technologies — including satellite dishes, home security systems, and smart home automation — becoming the trusted technician for customers. You will be part of a vital partnership in the satellite industry, handling both residential and commercial installations and maintenance.

Pay: Up to $22 an hour or more

Primary Responsibilities

• Install and maintain satellite dishes and receivers

• Provide top-notch customer service and build strong customer relationships

• Troubleshoot equipment and recommend effective solutions and products

• Perform indoor and outdoor work at various locations, following strict safety guidelines

• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies

• Work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

Required Experience

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to lift 60–80 lbs and climb 28–36 foot ladders

• Comfortable working at heights and in physically demanding environments

• Ability to meet safety requirements (body weight + 25 lbs of tools/equipment must not exceed 375 lbs)

• Ability to kneel, crawl, bend, or work in uncomfortable positions

• Must pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, and MVR (driving record) check

• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings

• Commitment to safety protocols in a safety-sensitive position

Work Environment

• Work may be performed indoors or outdoors, regardless of weather conditions

• Some locations may not be heated or air-conditioned

• Role involves physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, kneeling, and bending
