Ferguson is currently seeking a Showroom Coordinator in Burlington, MA. This full-time position offers a pay rate starting at $23 per hour, or higher depending on experience. The schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5pm, with one Saturday per month from 10am-2pm.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival in the showroom, identify their needs, and foster lasting customer relationships.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a positive demeanor.
• Communicate the showroom's appointment policy effectively.
• Manage customer sign-ins, appointment book, and customer job folders.
• Maintain the bid follow-up system and prepare literature packages.

Required Experience:

• Sales and customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload in order to balance multiple demands and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Attention to detail and task-oriented responsibilities.
• Analytical thinking and an eye for business.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Required Education:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
