Job Description & Requirements

Deliver, pick up and relocate customer packages and mail for a leading sportswear brand, including basic loading/unloading and log maintenance, while upholding strict safety, vehicle‑inspection and customer‑service standards.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Receive, sort and process purchase orders accurately.

  • Load, secure and transport packages/mail; lift items up to 50 lbs.

  • Pick up from and deliver to assigned customer locations; obtain signatures and complete all paperwork.

  • Maintain detailed delivery logs and inventory records.

  • Conduct pre‑/post‑trip vehicle inspections and keep vehicle clean and road‑safe.

  • Participate in site safety programs and follow accident/incident reporting rules.

  • Proactively communicate with customers; identify needs and direct inquiries appropriately.

  • Assist with truck loading/unloading; operate forklifts, pallet jacks, stair climbers as required.

  • Help train new delivery drivers on routes and procedures.

  • Meet or exceed productivity, quality and dress‑code standards; perform other duties as assigned.

Required Experience

  • Safe driving history and successful company road test.

  • At least 20 years old with a valid state driver’s license (CDL if state‑required).

  • Minimum 2 years of medium‑duty driving or comparable delivery experience.

  • Comfortable using smartphones/tablets and GPS for route and signature capture.

  • Able to handle heavy/oversized packages and use warehouse equipment.

Required Education

  • High‑school diploma or GED (or equivalent).

Work Environment / Working Conditions

  • Mix of office, warehouse and delivery‑vehicle settings with normal lighting, ventilation and noise.

  • Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, and lifting up to 100 lbs; pushing/pulling wheeled loads.

  • Exposure to all weather conditions and to chemical solvents/cleaners in warehouse areas.

  • Independent, varied assignments requiring interpretation of routing and delivery data.
