The Retail Sales Consultant plays a crucial role in delivering an outstanding customer experience in a retail environment. This role involves evaluating customer needs, making product recommendations, processing service requests, and acting as a brand ambassador for Comcast/Xfinity products. Pay Rate: $20.80 per hour base pay with a total targeted compensation of $28.49 per hour (Base Pay + Targeted Commission).

Primary Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers in a retail setting to evaluate their needs and recommend appropriate Comcast/Xfinity products and services.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with billing inquiries, service upgrades, and general account changes.
• Act as a brand ambassador, educating customers on Comcast/Xfinity technology and services.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of Comcast products and competitor offerings.
• Promote and sell Comcast/Xfinity products while contributing to a competitive and team-oriented work environment.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and drive sales results.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Required Experience

• 2-5 years of related experience, preferably in consumer electronics or wireless retail sales.
• Strong customer service and sales skills with the ability to build rapport.

Required Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Work Environment

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Willingness to work in alternate store locations outside of the home base store.
• Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 25 lbs.
• Constant movement and standing required in a retail environment.
