Primary Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and installation work on assigned wind turbines under minimal supervision.
• Follow defined schedules and procedures, including safety protocols and instructions.
• Provide mentorship to entry-level technicians.
• Work in various environments, including heights up to 250 feet and confined spaces.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure safety and quality of work.

Required Experience

• At least 1 year of technical wind industry experience, OR six (6) months of experience with a certificate from a wind technician program, OR a minimum of three (3) years of experience in electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, composite skills, or heavy machinery.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders while carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient with intermediate level power tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills, including internet navigation and data interpretation.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics.

Required Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
