Clean Earth is offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus with a starting salary of $28/hour. Overtime is available, and employees can earn in excess of $61,000 – $66,000 per year. We are seeking experienced, professional CDL B drivers to join our team in safely transporting and disposing of waste in accordance with environmental regulations. This position requires 2–3 overnight trips per month, with hotel expenses and a nightly per diem covered.

Primary Responsibilities

• Safely pick up and transport waste in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations

• Label containers and complete pre-printed manifests and work orders

• Schedule inbound and outbound waste shipments

• Prepare hazardous waste shipping documents including Universal Hazardous Waste manifests, bills of lading, and Land Disposal Restrictions (LDRs)

• Maintain daily communication with customers and internal personnel

• Operate hand trucks, forklifts, and other heavy equipment

Required Experience

• At least 21 years of age

• Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License

• At least two of the following endorsements: Air Brakes, Hazmat, and Tanker (the third can be obtained at company’s expense)

• Preferred: TWIC Card and box truck driving experience

• Strong knowledge of Environmental/Regulatory/DOT regulations

• Experience in the waste industry or some college education

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Current Medical Examiner’s Certificate (MEC)

• Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug test, and DEA background check

• Fluent in English (verbal and written)

Required Education

• High school diploma or GED

Work Environment

• This role involves travel with 2–3 overnight trips per month

• Physical work including equipment operation and waste handling
