Hourly Rate: $26.59+ (Base $18.90 + Targeted Commission)
Primary Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers in a retail location to assess and meet their product needs.
- Provide outstanding customer service in every interaction.
- Assist customers with interpreting account statements, processing payments, and addressing billing inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues, upgrade services, and process account requests.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of Comcast products, services, and competitive offerings.
- Foster a competitive, fun environment that connects products and services to customers' daily lives.
- Participate in on-the-job training and contribute to the team’s success.
Required Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of related experience, preferably in consumer electronics or wireless retail sales.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift 25-pound boxes and remain standing or moving in the store as needed.
