Starting at $27.00 per hour and can pay higher based on experience. Includes a $1,500 total sign-on bonus: $1,000 paid after 90 days and $500 paid after 120 days. Our Installation Associates deliver, install, and remove a wide variety of appliances in commercial and residential settings. Primary Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installation and be open to learning custom appliance installations (training provided).

• Accurately handle and install basic gas and electric household appliances such as washers, dryers, ranges, and refrigerators.

• Ensure appliances are damage-free, correctly installed per manufacturer’s specifications, and fully functional.

• Interact professionally with builders, designers, and on-site customers.

• Attend company-paid installation training seminars and certifications to stay updated on product changes.

• Carry out driver responsibilities as part of the installation process.

Required Experience

• 1+ years of experience with Appliance Delivery & Installation Service preferred.

• Excellent customer service skills; ability to deliver “white glove service.”

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

• Valid state-issued driver’s license required.

• Must be at least 21 years old.

• Possession of or ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.

• Ability to frequently lift 70+ lbs and occasionally lift 90+ lbs with the assistance of equipment.

Work Environment

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.
