Job Description & Requirements

The Warehouse Team Member I will be responsible for warehousing construction tools, performing shipping and receiving tasks, operating industrial machinery, and conducting inventory counts. The role also involves maintaining high safety standards and utilizing SAP for data entry. This position offers a competitive salary, ranging from $19.00 to $21.32 per hour, with a Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM work schedule.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Maintain proper stock controls by performing manual and clerical tasks related to receiving, preparation, stocking, issuing, shipping, physical inventory, and disposition of company property.
  • Support and suggest remedial actions to prevent or resolve discrepancies.
  • Operate lift trucks and electric-powered trucks.
  • Perform responsibilities related to controlling and managing SAP or company documents (maintaining, updating, sorting, filing, recording, and issuing).

Required Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in general warehousing, distribution centers, or production environments.
  • Working knowledge of stock control, inventory management practices, and procedures.
  • Experience operating forklifts and reach trucks; certifications are preferred but not required.
  • SAP or other Warehouse Management Systems experience is preferred.

Required Education

  • High School diploma or GED required.

Work Environment

  • Ability to work in environments with noise and dust.
  • Must be able to use personal protective equipment, including hearing protection, as required.
  • Ability to work outside if needed.
